La Casita is a charming hideaway designed for those who value intimate stylish living. This 45-square-meter space is perfect for vacation homes, guest houses, or small-scale businesses, offering a cozy atmosphere with a dedicated room, a modern spacious bathroom, and a multipurpose loft for 2-4 people.
La Casita is inspired by a modern concept that promotes a highly flexible living that also enjoys outdoor lifestyle. Additionally, the veranda is thoughtfully covered with a fixed side canopy, providing shelter and enhancing the overall design. The front is adorned with a tension canopy, combining practicality with aesthetic appeal for an enriched outdoor experience.

La Casita’s interior design draws inspiration from both European functionality and Indonesian Nusantara aesthetics, creating a living space with a spacious, cozy, and comforting atmosphere. Our unique touch extends to the furniture, which we design and manufacture in-house to perfectly complement the building’s architecture.
The materials we use to make each part of La Casita are sourced from over numerous local suppliers that are the best at what they do and promote eco-friendliness. We then fine-tune each part to ensure excellent quality and exceptional look & feel, reflecting in strength against the test of time over 50+ years and timeless beauty visibly seen in all types of locations.
La Casita is built upon a well-balanced concept of strength, flexibility, and comfort. We make it modular – when it’s time to change parts, they can be replaced part by part. When there is a need for relocation, dismantling each part and reinstalling them elsewhere can be done easily.
Roof Modules
The roof modules comprises three layers: teak polymer composite sirap, aluminium foam foil, and OSB board. Beneath the roof modules, sound and heat insulation sandwich panels are installed, consisting of aluminium foam foil and rockwool.
Walls & Windows
We utilize a variety of materials including solid Teak Wood, Teak Polymer Composite, and Tempered Glass.
Flooring & Decking
The flooring combines Teak Polymer Composite and Teak Wood Planks. For the Teak wood decking, Syncoat is applied to enhance durability and provide long-lasting protection.
Floor Structure
The floor structure consists of galvanized hollow steel assembled using stainless steel bolts in a knockdown system. It is finished with primer and marine paint for enhance durability and protection.
Roof Structure
The roof structure consists of galvanized hollow steel with roof rafters and a rainwater gutter, assembled using a knockdown system. It is finished with primary paint and marine paint for enhanced durability and protection.
Nusantara Contemporary Interior
Created to compliment our La Casa Modular series, Nusantara Contemporary inspired by Indonesian Traditional crafts combined with modern building solutions.
Main Structure
The main structure is built with WF steel beams and columns, featuring a knockdown system assembled with stainless steel bolts. It is finished with primary paint and marine paint for enhanced durability and protection.
Point Foundation
Inspired by the traditional Gladak house from Central Java, this design minimizes ground contact, benefiting the environment with a reduced footprint and less earth disturbance. Elevating the building enhances ventilation and lowers humidity. Additionally, point foundations are perfect for uneven terrain, offering stability with minimal ground preparation.
Living in a La Casita can be made much cozier and more comfortable with our interior line, Nusantara Contemporary. You can choose to fully or partially furnish the Building with our masterpieces or design your own interior with your own special selections.
