Introducing La Residencia, the largest addition to our Casa Modular series. This prefabricated home has a total area of more than 100 square meters spread over two floors, with a spacious outdoor veranda on the first floor and a balcony on the second. La Residencia is offered in two timeless color options – classic white and elegant black – and offers a versatile aesthetic.

In addition, La Residencia offers the flexibility to choose between one or two bedrooms, with both layouts accompanied by a fully equipped kitchen. Choose the style that suits your lifestyle and immerse yourself in the comfort and functionality of La Residencia.

La Residencia is inspired by a dream house concept that fulfills what a life would need. 

  • Color choices: black and white. 
  • Module: 3.6 x 7.2 m (central) + 1.8 x 7.2 m (right) + 4.2 x 7.2 m (left), totalling 9.6 x 7.2 m.
  • Veranda:  1.8 x 3.6 m (first floor, front), 1.8 x 3.6 m (second floor, front)
Interior design

La Residencia’s interior design draws inspiration from both European and Indonesian aesthetics, creating a living space with a spacious, cozy, and comforting atmosphere. Our unique touch extends to the furniture, which we design and manufacture in-house to perfectly complement the building’s architecture.
Materials

The materials we use to make each part of La Residencia are sourced from over 100+ local suppliers that are the best at what they do and promote eco-friendliness. We then create our own recipes of each part to ensure excellent quality and exceptional look & feel, reflecting in strength against the test of time over 50+ years and timeless beauty visibly seen in all types of locations.

La Residencia is built upon a well-balanced concept of strength, flexibility, and comfort.

  • Whole Building Structure: we make it modular- when it’s the time to change parts, they can be replaced part by part. When there is a need of relocation, unpacking each part and reinstalling them elsewhere can be done easily.
  • Sound & heat insulation: we equip it in our roofs and walls.
  • Foundation: we use Concrete Point Foundation (CPF), which is the simplest lightest-footprint foundation while maintaining strength and earthquake resistance. The 9-12 Concrete Blocks can be easily poured into mounds based on our drawings and instructions.
  • Columns & pillars: we make them in the steel beam structures that are visually light and have double functions to support walls & doors. They can be either left without any cover or clad with teak wood in a choice of a light or dark tone.
  • Roofs: there are 3 layers- uPVC, noise reduction, and heat insulation.

Living in a La Residencia can be made much cozier and more comfortable with our interior line, Nusantara Contemporary. You can choose to fully or partially furnish the Building with our masterpieces or design your own interior with your own special selections.

  4. Furniture: Complete sets for the living area, bedroom, and bathroom.
  5. Decor & Accessories: Including lights, AC cabinet, and linens.
  6. Sanitaryware: Featuring WC, vanity, bathtub, and shower.
  7. Appliances & Gadgets: AC unit for optimal climate control.
  8. MEP Technical Essentials: Fuse box, water heater, and a range of electrical fixtures including plugs, sockets, and switches.
 

With our all-inclusive package, you can enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped La Casita tailored to your needs and preferences.

In addition,

  • An preliminary design of your building, along with a site plan.
  • Assistance in delivering our La Casa Modular to your destination.
  • Assistance in coordinating with your local contractors for landscaping, foundation preparation, decking, MEP set up, and other technical work.
  • Installation service of our buildings (8-12% of the total product cost).
  • Product warranties: 1 year- on the complete Building, 5 years limited- flooring & roof, and 10 years limited- structure.
