Introducing La Finca, our well-designed medium-sized prefabricated house from the Casa Modular series, with a generous total area of 75 m² spread over two floors and complemented by a spacious outdoor veranda. Available in two color options – classic white and elegant black, La Finca offers a flexible aesthetic.
It also gives you the option to choose between two different interior finishes. Choose the “Accommodation” option with 1 to 2 bedrooms or the “Living” option with a living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
La Finca is inspired by a private getaway house concept that balances the moments of self connection and social bonding.
Inspired by the traditional Gladak of Central Java, this architectural design embodies the characteristic high slope roof angle ideal for tropical climates, particularly during the region’s prevalent heavy rainy seasons. The structure showcases a lightweight design elevated on stilts, minimizing ground contact, and incorporates planks for the flooring and walls—a thoughtful reflection of Gladak’s unique and distinctive architectural concept.
La Finca’s interior design is inspired by a fusion of European and Indonesian philosophies and artistic influences, creating a living space with an atmosphere of spaciousness, style and comfort. Our bespoke furniture, made in-house, has been carefully designed to blend in perfectly into the building.
The materials we use to make each part of La Finca are sourced from over 100+ local suppliers that are the best at what they do and promote eco-friendliness. We then create our own recipes of each part to ensure excellent quality and exceptional look & feel, reflecting in strength against the test of time over 50+ years and timeless beauty visibly seen in all types of locations.
La Finca embodies a well-balanced concept, emphasizing strength, flexibility, and comfort.
Living in a La Finca can be made much cozier and more comfortable with our interior line, Nusantara Contemporary. You can choose to fully or partially furnish the Building with our masterpieces or design your own interior with your own special selections.
